Thanks, I was very satisfied by the cover myself, as one that will stand out in the crowd and, while reflecting the idea of Isis in her vulture-winged aspect (a la the title story), not be “overly Egyptian” to the extent that one would feel cheated upon finding that most of the stories don’t even mention Egypt. While I made suggestions, kudos go to the artist, William Cook.
